La-Chef BBQ Grill Mat #GrilMat

Not only did I get just a grilling mat, but it also came with an additional mat, mesh mat and a baking mat. We have been using these on our gas grill and not had any problems with them. They are also safe to use on charcol and electric grills and smokers. Nonstick. Very easy to clean. We just wash ours in soapy water. I have always wanted to try and make grilled flat bread bruschetta but did not want to spend a ton of money on a baking stone. Plus I was not to jazzed to place the bread on just the wire rack and have to deal with it cooking to it. I was excited to try these out in place of a cooking stone. The flat bread turned out fabulous!! There is just something about having food cooked on the grill. I have read that you can cook all sorts on different foods on these. I hope to try cooking some meat on them to see if it helps lock in the flavor better since it will not be dripping between the racks. I would recommend these to friends and family and to those that like to grill.
