These oven gloves are a whole lot better then the old oven gloves I have. The silione goves have worked great for me with baking and smoking food. Unlike clothe gloves, these do not get hotter the longer you hold something hot. I did not have to worry about burning my hands due to unseen weak spots. The lining inside the gloves are soft. The flexibility of the gloves did surprise me. By looking at them I assumed they would be stiff and not hardly bend. They flex just fine. I am very happy with these gloves and definitely would recommend them.
