All natural herbal blend that helps relax muscles. It also helps with inflammation, swelling and brusing.. The first thing I noticed was how nice of a glass bottle the product comes in. The bottle does have a pump action neck to dispense the product. No need to have to unscrew and pour in your hands and then have to deal with oily hands trying to get a lid back on. The scent is different. I did notice a mint smell to it but not anything overwhelming. There is also a hint of a lemon scent as well. You can apply the oil directly to your skin or you can add to your bath. I will say a small amount will go a long way. I have been using the product on my foot that I bruised and injuries dropping a tree stump on. It has helped some of the muscle pain. I really enjoy the fragrance it leaves on the skin. I have also noticed no skin irritation while using it which is great for my sensitive skin. So far a great product.
