I got my balaclava in black with green trim. The material is super roubaix. It is strong, 4 way stretch material, lightweight and breathable. Can be worn by itself or under a helmet.My husbands job requires him to be outdoors and right now it is cold outside. I was excited to get this for him to try it ou. He brought this to work with him and has been wearing it ever since. It helps keep his face and head warm and protected against the wind. He likes that he can wear this in a number of different ways (face mask, balaclava, full face, neck tube or as a hat). He does not get overheated when wearing it. Easy to clean. I just throw it in the washer and dryer and it's good to go. I received this item free or at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
