Holds cell phones, keys, money, etc anytime you don't feel like carrying several items. Comfortable fit. Pockets are a good size. I am able to store my phone, which is an iPhone 5s with an otter box case and car keys when walking at the park. I like there is no zippers or Velcro that rubs up against my skin to irritate it. The belt has 4 separate openings to slip your items in. The material used for the belt is a lightweight spandex material. Machine washer safe. It does come in small, medium or large. You do want to measure yourself before getting. You want the belt to sit comfortably close to the skin but not tight. You can reverse the belt so the openings are on the inside or can face outward.
