This is a great mono Bluetooth ear piece. The ear piece can be connected to any Bluetooth enabled device and only took me a few seconds to connect to my iPhone. The ear piece rotates so I can use it in any ear and wraps around the back of the ear to stay in place. Very comfortable to wear. The ear piece has the multifunction button/power button. Volume control (also the coward and backward buttons) are located on the back part of the piece. With a push of the button I can make phone calls by voice command (only works if your phone is voice dialing enabled and you don't have it locked). Making calls are easy and was easy to hear conversation. The ear piece came with the charging cord. I love this headset. Unfortunately my husband took it and won't give it up!!
