I have always enjoyed the ocean and sounds of the water and the waves. To me that is my happy place to unwind. To me it's relaxing. This CD captures those sounds. The quality of the sound is crystal clear. Unlike other CDs that I have tried that had ocean sounds, this one does not have music playing in the background. It's just the sound of the ocean waves breaking in the shore. Listening to this with my eyes closed makes me feel like I am right at the water. The 60 minute CD came in a protective package with a picture of the beach. This is a great CD to use when trying to fall asleep. Especially for those that need noise. I received this item free or at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
