These herb scissors have been great for me in the kitchen. I grow basil and love to cook with it. Before getting these, I used a regular pair of scissors to cut the basil. I have some recipes that need to have the basil cut into very little prices and young regular scissors made it a pain. With these, it has made it easier. I am not having to re-cut basil to make it smaller. The herb scissors have five blades made of stainless steel. They are very sharp. It also comes with a cleaning brush to clean the herbs off of it. Dishwasher safe. The things I wonder is when it comes time to have to sharpen the blades, how I'm going to do that. Another is how long it will take for them to become rusted or stick when opening/closing. I would recommend these for those that cook. Makes it easier.
