Let me just start off by saying this is a nice scale. When I opened the box, I was surprised at how shiny and sleek it was.

The scale measures weight, body fat, water, muscle and bone. It can store up to 8 user parameters. Setting up my profile was not a problem. I selected my sex, my activity level (if I exercise or not) age and height. Once I entered all that I I stood on the scale and in a matter of seconds I had all my measurements. The next time I weight myself, I just stepped on. The instructions said that the scale knows what profile number you are compared to another persons as long as their weight is not within 6.6 pounds of yours. This scale also has a tare mode. This mode allows a person to weight an infant, pet or anything you are carrying while standing on the scale. I have to say I am pretty impressed with this scale. Set up was easy.
