This baby sling is actually kind of cool. When I took it out of the package. I was expecting for of a carrier type product, but this is more of a wrap. I was amazed at the quality of the fabric. I was expecting it to be made of some cheap material, but this feels very thick and durable, and with it being 100% cotton, its very breathable. Plus its machine washable. The sling has a beautiful embroidered design on it, and can be used for boys or girls.The sling does come with easy to understand instructions that shows you how to use the sling to carry a child in the front or back. Parts of the straps are padded near the shoulders for added comfort. Plus there is a padded top near where the child's head goes. The sling does say it can carry kids from 8-35lbs. Looking at this sling, I wish I had something like this back when my kids were younger. It looks comfortable and I like the fact it can be adjusted to be used for front or back carry. There are no buckles to have to deal with, nor trying to adjust the tightness of the straps. This one just loops around your body and ties. Since I no longer have little ones, I may give this to a friend that is pregnant. I think this is something she may enjoy and come in handy, I received this product free or at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
